Designing 360 Performance Review

At Object Edge, the review process needed to support admins, employees and mentors with different goals while increasing engagement and reducing operational friction.

The challenge

The product had to serve three user groups with distinct needs: admins managing data, employees completing reviews and mentors interpreting results for development conversations.
